Here’s a short sharp Hard workout for these annoying Rainy Days!
Tips, go slow and low in each of the strength, and each exercise is back to back until the half way 1 min rest.
And for those who’ve not done sessions with me, the holds on the exercises are obviously DOWN in the last rep, where it hurts
