BACK in 2013 when i went away for vacations, I wanted to make sure my crew kept up their fitness, so I made the conveniently named, Kick My Ass Workouts for them.

Each of these short, sharp, high intensity workouts are here for you, for those days you need to do some fitness, but don't have the time for a full workout.
Some are BIG still..
They're TOUGH. 
They're EFFECTIVE.
They will KICK YOUR ASS !

The Reps & Sets numbers I've suggested are simply that, suggested numbers to aim for, but you can shorten or add to them as your ability allows..
