IMPORTANT
> AGES 14 to 21
(my belief) are the most important ages in developing Sprint Tecnique, as it's the prime ages for sporting changes, injuries, progression etc. It's also the ages where the body is becoming stronger and more able to handle the pressures of higher intensity trainings.
Plus understanding concepts and instructions on how to move for example, arms to drive the legs, A-skip, B-Skip drills etc are more quickly learnt and perfected with 15+ athletes.
> AGES Under 14
are not UN-able to engage in some forms of sprint training and technique, but Understanding & Acknowledging young bodies that are still growing, plus Coordination, Balance & Natural Ability are super important to accept can be obvious limitations in pursuing any form of training that simply takes time to be capable enough to understand technical instructions, feel the correct body mechanical functions, muscles etc to grasp new concepts and actually perform to a standard that improves the student. So enquiries are welcome for any age, but the discussion is neccessary to understand what can be achieved, current ability, level at sport etc.
