WOW.. is it 2023 ALREADY!

SSPT is entering it’s 15th year.. WHATTT..
Did you know in 14 years I’ve never raised my pricing!

I know, I know..
I understand it’s not a great business model,
but being a Coolum local forever and being a small operation,
I always wanted to remain the best value for money fitness training option around.

Yes, that doesn’t mean being the cheapest is the only answer, but with so many big franchise names around these days, and some around $50 a week, if you don’t go, it can sometimes be a quick way to quit..

I may not make the big dollars like them, but I’ve had clients for YEARS and that makes me feel so greatful and appreciative.
Also, a lot of you have been telling me for years I should increase things.. I guess i’m listening now haha.

So, why now?
Well, I have had big plans for years to grow, build this website up, build an app etc etc, but strive to be different from the rest of the internet fitness icons, and yet focus on keeping it simple, basic, but effective.

Those who know me, Football consumed my life for most of the earlier years,
then Family the more recent few years..
But 14 years is long enough.. It’s time to evolve!

So, don’t stress, this first NEW PRICING CHANGE for 2023 onwards, is very minimal to start.
So here it is :

THE BIG BEST DEAL FIRST :

My $100 for Unlimited Sessions per month or 10 pack..
Is now strictly Month to Month, so no more dragging out the pack until you did at least 10, if you went past 30 days..
This is to encourage better CONSISTENCY!
To emphasize how you can maintain that if some months you may do more than 10, even 20, but other months you get sick, go away, etc etc,
here’s how..
1) Turn up in person to any of the classes (5am, 6am, 8am Mums, 530pm, Sat 6am surf)
2) Turn up via ZOOM! It’s available for every and any session
3) the New Unlimited Crew Facebook Group page, here you will be able to see the daily workout you’ve missed, posted in the group, for you to do at home if you’re one of those committed ones 😉

So now, you have 3 ways to get as much training as possible in, every 30 days!

THE OCCASIONAL FEW :

My new 5 session pack for $60 is the first of the tiny pricing increase. 
So for those who usually bought the monthly or 10 pack..
but “things” just kept happening to drag out those packs for months..

You can now purchase the smaller 5 pack, for a HUGE $2 prise rise.. 
But you’ll be reminded more often now that you’re due for another pack, which might inadvertently kick your butt into gear to transition back to the Unlimited Monthly pack anyway.. let’s see..

Now remember, you can still..
1) Turn up in person to any of the classes (5am, 6am, 8am Mums, 530pm, Sat 6am surf)
2) Turn up via ZOOM! It’s available for every and any session
You just unfortunately won’t have access to the New FB Group with the daily posted workouts.

So now, you have 2 ways to get as much training as possible in, just every 5 sessions!
(like a subway stamp card)
BUT STILL great value!

THE ‘HELLO it’s me again’ SOLO SESH :

My original one off $15 session as an introductory, is now staying as the one-off random appearance price. 

So if you never know your work/life schedule.. I still love having one-off’ers turn up!
Just now, i feel $15 is still great value for a solo session, as I know I’ll be able to provide the same ass kicking or easy going session you require for your level, injuries etc,
but enough that you walk away feeling like you’ve done a good wotkout still.

Now remember, you can still..

My NEW 2023 pricing structure.. is barely a rise..
MY AIM :
Is to purely encourage more consistency!
Because if you say, still suck at Push Ups, but only come once a week or fortnight, and only ever really train your weaker areas when you come to training..
You will NEVER grow any muscle
You will NEVER get any better cardio
You will NEVER overcome any injuries, prevent ageing etc etc
So..
JUST TURN UP
OR ZOOM

OR at least, JUST DO SOMETHING on your own!
