THEN you’ll have to do it More than Once A Week!
and you’ll need to embrace and love it, fitness isn’t a chore,
it’s about feeling stronger, fitter, faster, flexible and most of all Happy,
From GETTING ACTIVE!
2) You want to be Slimmer (not skinny), Toned, lose Unwanted Fat?
THEN just EAT RIGHT!
All the exercise in the world, silly diet trends, shakes, drinks, whatever..
Nothing will make you look and feel better,
than simply eating only what your body needs!
(when you’re ripping (looking sharp), then you can allow treats!)
Remember this popular gym saying = “Abs are made in the kitchen!”
So LOVE your food, don’t eat less, lighter etc, just the Right Foods, Veges, fruits, lean meats, nuts etc etc..
But find what works for you! Don’t copy so called fitness pros, body builders, etc, even their diets are considered abnormal, as they eat for their specific sport and lifestyle..
Not sure what to do, then fill up on KNOWLEDGE, the more you know, the better your choices will be!
AND for the LAST TIME, give up bad foods, excess sugar from processed CRAP, alcohol if you can, most of the time, if it ain’t in your cupboard, you’re more likely to stop caring for it!
3) You wish for change, but nothing ever seems to?
then DISASSOCIATE!
Society! has been our worst-best friend, the one that gets away living the bad lifestyle..
Don’t let it influence YOU!
Nothing is more a Priority, than your health!
STOP letting tv, magazines, friend influence anything! telling you, YOU SHOULD… etc etc
STOP Telling Yourself, you love and need a Drink at night!
STOP needing a smoke, or only when you drink! (you know there’s no vitamin C in it) 😉
STOP saying, You’ll be ok with a soda a day!
STOP believing, It’s ok to skip breaky cos you’ll have lunch soon!
STOP thinking, You’ll walk everyday and thats enough, cos if you’re a good walker, walking is probably not enough for you, unless you’re walking to Africa and back..
STOP being sucked into the Latest Crazes! Just because 1 person might make it look great, doesn’t mean it is..
SO Simon Says, START:
Eating better, find new foods, never skip a meal, change your palette to love the veges and other good foods you hate!
Give up alcohol for a trial run, after awhile, you’ll probably notice it’s no big deal.
Ask yourself, what else do you spend loads on, that you WASTE 100% of it, seeing your body doesn’t use any of it for GOOD..? Would you buy new clothes, then throw them out when you get home.. Hell No you wouldnt.. so –
“Use the money from the Booze, to help with that you want to Lose”
Will Power.. Use it, Find it, it’s ok to say NO to things and people, that try make you do things that will have a negative impact on your body or your life..
AND EXERCISE and GET PASSIONATE ABOUT IT !!
Start hanging out with your fitter friends more, take your bike for a ride, Get a Bike! 🙂
But give away with the lifestyle that made you what you DON’t want to be, and live and make it YOURS, the lifestyle of the athlete you admire or idolise or once was, until those around you, idolise you!
REMEMBER..
WHEN you are PASSIONATE about something, it’s NOT WORK!
