BREAKFAST ! made QUICK, EASY and HEALTHY !

Boiled eggs + spinach + cherry tomatoes + avocado + pumpkin seed sourdough toast + dash of tumeric & zatar (garlic/herbs mix)

This is my own usual breaky for when time isn’t freely available.
It’s a good combo of protein, fibre, good fats and good carbs.
So you don’t need shakes if you eat good food.

It’s super quick to make, prep and eat.
It’s healthy and simple enough for any novice chef.
It’s a great post workout recovery meal too.

There’s no excuses for not getting a filling and healthy breakfast in before your day kicks off.
