20 mins for 20 days

Hey SSPT crew,
I wanted to give everyone a challenge for 30 days of 3 basic health principles, no drinking, no bad food, regular exercise.. not that hard right?
Well some of you thought so, no drinking for 30 days right now..?? ahh…
SO, instead, I started my own challenge to see how my fitness would be different if i managed 20 mins a day for 20 days straight, without missing a day, no matter how bad or busy the day was.

Now, I thought, why don’t we ALL try..?
Could you manage just 20 mins a day for 20 days?
I’ve uploaded the video first to explain the deal and DEMO my first 20 min workout to give you some ideas..
