What do you VALUE?
Value : so often people say they can’t afford 1on1’s, and i do understand the influence money has on our lives. Is it funny though how when we want something bad enough we’re willing to pay whatever for it, simply because we just WANT it. When it comes to health or fitness.. if 1on1 gets you the best results, but you can’t afford it.. are you one of those who in turn spend lots on partying on the weekend? or you go shopping for material things often? is that money you’d get better Value out of putting towards health of fitness? The key point here, is if you have fitness goals, can you save money from needless spending to put towards more important goals..
