WINTER WINNING 😎🤙🌤️ There's never a bet WINTER WINNING 😎🤙🌤️ There's never a better time (in my opinion) to get your fitness cracking 💪 There's no humidity, so you don't sweat before even getting dressed to workout.. 😥 The mornings outdoors are beautiful, amazing sunrises, cool breezes. There's something more calming about working out in winter. Easier to focus on exercising when you're not thinking.. "It's too hot for this.." For those who struggle to get out of that comfy warm bed, I can only promise you, once you do get going on your morning routine, it feels bloody amazing to start your day, getting outdoors and doing something active. Remember : SIMON SAYS : Exercising isn't about shredding weight, calories, clothing size.. Etc etc Like everything we really pine for.. it's Connection. Might be.. Feeling a connection to the Outdoors! Or feeling a connection to your body, I Feel Stronger each day! Connecting with others in a group activity. Or even just feeling a connection to LIFE, because you CAN get outdoors to do something, where a lot of others might not get that luxury. So, as.. SIMON SAYS : Get Outdoors, Get Active.. because, Something is better than Nothing!
