FLEXIBLE.. is what my personal training times are ! :)
Fitness training times are available 7 days a week usually as follows:
Monday - Sunday : 5:00am - 6:00pm

Other fitness times earlier or later can be organised, so please don't hesitate to ask.
Personal training sessions can be anywhere from 30 mins - 1 hour, depending on the clients and the intensity of the session.

Current Group Sessions: (times updated each Monday)

Monday :  Tuesday : 6:00am + 5:00pm  Wednesday : 6:00am Thursday : 5:00pm
Friday : 6:00am (beach)   Saturday :   Sunday :

* START YOUR OWN group session at a new time, just ask, and we'll find a time to suit.
* If RAINING, we meet at the Coolum Football Club (soccer) David Low Way, Coolum Beach
