FLEXIBLE.. is what my personal training times are ! :)
Fitness training times are available 7 days a week usually as follows:
Monday - Sunday : 5:00am - 6:00pm
Other fitness times earlier or later can be organised, so please don't hesitate to ask.
Personal training sessions can be anywhere from 30 mins - 1 hour, depending on the clients and intensity of the session.
