MUMS GROUP TRAINING
PT Group Fitness Training For Mum’s.
(yes, dad’s, nana’s, even regular clients, are welcome too.)
In a fun, social, group environment, in the great outdoors, at Tickle Park in Coolum Beach, on the Sunshine Coast.
Bring your bub, in a pram, walking around, with toys, whatever your needs are with your kids, SSPT can accommodate, whilst still giving you a chance to get your fitness done!
Great bunch of girls to workout and have a laugh with.
Working on Post Pregnancy exercises and rebuilding Core Strength, Balance, Overall body Strength and Cardio.
Only $10 per person.
(1 hour sessions)
Monday – Strength
Wednesday – Cardio
Friday – Boxing
(*you can, however, do just strength or cardio, on any day if you can’t or don’t want to do whatever the style of the day is*)
