Inquire with preferred days and times and i’ll get back to you, as current clients sometimes swap days, times aren’t always permanent with each one.

Other fitness times can sometimes be organised, so please don’t hesitate to ask.

Personal training sessions are usually 1 hour , depending on the clients and intensity of the session.
