Inquire with preferred days and times and i’ll get back to you, as current clients sometimes swap days, times aren’t always permanent with each one.
Fitness training times are available 6 days a week usually as follows:
Monday – Friday : (between) 5:00am – 6:30pm
Saturday : (between) 7:00am – 12:00pm
Sunday : Possible on occasion.
Other fitness times can be organised, so please don’t hesitate to ask.
Personal training sessions are usually 1 hour , depending on the clients and intensity of the session.
