    Hey simon, im 179 pounds. 5,11 and im 18. im looking to be about 185 pounds but lean at the same time, what would you suggest for me to do

      Hey James,
      it all depends on what your current eating and fitness habits are? what are your main exercise drills? do you take any kind of supplements etc?
      You can manage to put on muscle and stay lean without needing any fancy equipment or taking shakes etc.. but just combining some quality strength exercises, and some high intensity workouts to strip any unwanted fat.
      I will have cheap, downloadable workouts coming very soon to the Store page, that will cater to different workout needs.
      IF you’d ever like some online assistance, i do, do online pt sessions via skype, email, facebook etc if you wanted to enquire about that.
