To help us both, a NEW - Pay & Remind system is going to be introduced to keep us all on our toes and in the right frame of mind when it comes to our health & fitness goals.

Clients will be urged to use Net Banking, if not so already - Makes paying for PT easier !
* Cash will still be accepted. conditions apply*

Payments will be required to be deposited 2 days prior to your next round of sessions, to give it time to be received & recorded.
> 24 hours notice of cancellation will be needed.. Or session WILL count - Accountability! :)
* Obviously, valid reasons will be taken into consideration if notified under 24 hours.
> Missed Sessions will result in a happy little Email or SMS reminding you, You Missed It, and that it has counted, that way, the only person you can blame.. is YOU ! :)
> 2 Sessions minimum to be paid in advance - commit yourself, than dordling in from time to time, and know if you make the commitment, so will I :)
Paying in advance helps you to make the sessions you wanted !
Reminding & tracking your progress, saves the guilt trips, but helps you to motivate yourself to get things done !
So be aware for a Missed Session Email or SMS reminder.. hopefully not.. and if you need Bank details for payments.. Go to 1on1 or Group session info on SSPT website
