Mel (Sunshine Coast)

I got into group PT sessions twice a week with SSPT along with some friends as a social way of getting fit.
I have never been interested in going to a gym, I find it difficult to self-motivate, but love exercising outdoors and with SSPT I can't wait for tomorrow's session!!!
I feel like Simon is watching every move I make, and helping to guide me and correct any mistakes.
6 months ago I could barely do a push-up on my knees (Simon said I was simply nodding at the floor), now I am doing 'real' pushups on my toes, and getting fitter every session. I also love the occasional one on one session as a test of how well I'm doing in the group sessions.
