Gavin (Sunshine Coast + UK)

Having recently finished a full football season with Coolum F.C and a regular at the gym I thought of myself as being fairly fit.
Looking for extra off season exercise I took up the challenge of personal training sessions with Simon Says and soon found out my earlier presumptions were a bit wayward!! It seems there are many different levels of fitness.
Since starting both my 1 on 1 and group sessions I can feel a massive difference. I feel fitter, stronger and have already noticed a change in my body shape.. important for the beach in an Australian summer :)
I will definitely be continuing my personal training, even when the new season starts and would recommend Simon's sessions to anyone, whether you consider yourself fit or not!
