Im a 27 year old looking to get fit and lose weight. I love exercising because it makes me feel great, but sometimes I get lazy, well quite often actually. That is why I have started PT sessions with Simon twice a week. I really want to feel good in a bikini this summer, Id like to drop a dress size, but also get out of my bad habits of only exercising when i have a special occasion coming up. I want to beat my sister at an arm wrestle, I want to run up Mt Coolum one day, I want to be able to look in the mirror and be happy with what i see, but most of all i want to feel fit and healthy to = happiness. Im already noticing changes after only a month. I'm finding exercising part of my day to day routine and I'm enjoying every minute of it. I look forward to the PT sessions every week, especially the boxing. Simon is definitely the best trainer I have ever had and I look forward to reaching more and more goals every week.
