Core Strength, Stability and balance are the Real Core Issues.
Abs we all have, we just unfortunately choose to pack on excess in front on them, which is the real WHY we can’t see them most of the time.
Now, Core is not just abs, which most believe.
Core is like a belt of muscles right around your whole mid section, front, back and sides.
The back is actually, in my opinion, more important, as we rely on it more, it’s vital to have good spinal support and good posture and can lead to worse injuries if not kept in good strength.
We call this layer, the TRANSVERSE ABDOMINIS, the belt that wraps ALL around your body, the lower, inside layer, much considered the BEST layer for real fat/weight loss.
Next comes the OBLIQUES, the SIDE wraps, the next outer layer.
Then the RECTUS ABDOMINIS comes last, the top layer, the AbaDaba’s. The ones most egocentric people care about they are important, no doubt there, but not as much to your body’s real strength and stability as the transverse.
