Now that Surf Runs are taking a break, as it's a little chilly for the old nips & tips 😜😂
We get back into our June to Oct winter runs.
Week 1 & 2 are in Coolum, then we start adventuring around the coast to check out some other fun areas to run.
There's NO level required, fast or slow, all are welcome, fast runners will just get a few extra challenges 😘
Then a few of us go for coffee afterwards if you aren't in a rush..

4 Drills of short, fast, high intensity!
Fairly straight forward, all bodyweight stuff + 2 bands or weights exercises.
🤷‍♂️ I'll assume the only exercises you'll need to adjust or understand are..
💪 Reverse Flys & 💪 Rows
👉 So if you have my Bands, or your own yoga bands etc, you know what to do from class.
And yes, Reverse Flys are the ones with straight arms in front, then opening up backwards until arms are open wide on either side.
🖐️ If you don't have bands, but have weights, lean forward at 90 degrees, and Reverse Flys open wide to the side, like back to the future car doors 😂 and Rows  again lean forward and Row up to your arm pits, squeezing your back together.

Fairly straight forward, all bodyweight stuff.
🤷‍♂️ I'll assume the only exercises you'll get stumped on are knowing what
👉 Side to Side step
👉 1,2,1,2 cones..

First..
🏃‍♂️ ICE SKATERS + SIDE TO SIDE STEP :
This drill, you'll do your big Left To Right Ice Skater jumps first, then facing the same direction still, move left 5m in a Side stepping Netball style movement, feet together, feet together etc and then come back right 5m, and then start your next Ice Skaters again. Simple.
NEXT..
🔴🔵🔴🔵 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS + 1,2,1,2 CONES :
Set up 10 markers on any sort to the side of your mat (like a speed agility ladder).
Do your climbers first, then jump up and fast feet step over the markers doing a 1,2, so left & right foot, in each gap, only going left before you hit the 10m sprint. Simple.

All the other exercises should be easy enough to understand.
